From day one Tecson Inspections has been THE supplier of camera-inspection services to the petrochemical industry in the Netherlands. Camera-inspection is used for trouble-shooting, capacity and flow-problems and to find the reason for production losses.

One of the most common reasons is to check if cleaning is necessary and to check afterwards the effectiveness of cleaning. Also, during shutdowns cameras are used to support inspectors for various reasons.

During the construction of new plants commissioning-teams use the camera to check the cleanliness of critical lines. This is to prevent expensive flushing which is not always efficient.

Inspections can be carried out on items such as:  flare-tips, exchangers and airfincoolers, tanks, vessels and reactors, process- en sewer lines, extruders, as well as rotating equipment.
